What is Earthlove?
We are a seasonal subscription box filled with eco-conscious goods for leading a holistic, more earth-centered life. You can expect to see 6-8 full size items in each box, spanning different categories like snacks, teas, books, wildcrafting, wellness, apothecary, aromatherapy, beauty, outdoor, gardening, home decor, apparel, accessories, and more.
We source products that are ethically responsible, including zero waste packaging, natural ingredients, cruelty-free, organic and non-GMO, gluten-free, beegan/vegan, and fair-trade. Earthlove also supports artisans, makers, and small businesses in the US & Canada.
Can you tell me what's inside this season's box?
Are all your products vegan? What's "beegan"?
We are a "beegan" box, which means that everything is vegan EXCEPT for bee and insect products sourced from ethical farmers (including our own farm), but do have a full vegan option. If you'd like a vegan-only box, then select "vegan" on the product page. It is your responsibility to notify us that you'd like a vegan box!
Is Earthlove plastic-free?
We are not completely plastic-free since some vendors use recyclable plastic for their items. However, we will always aim to curate products that come in plastic-free packaging first (e.g., glass, sugar cane resin, biodegradable packaging) when possible. All plastics in the box are 100% recyclable.
Is the box toxic-free?
Yes! We believe in sustainability first and foremost: ingredients that are good for us and good for the planet. In the rare event that there is something made in a lab listed among ingredients for a product, it must be toxic-free or present due to ethical reasons (e.g., sourcing it naturally is unsustainable or supports child labour). Our vendors are not completely restricted to the EWG list, but we do source from that list and others.
I don't like an item in the box! Can I replace it with something else?
Unfortunately, our boxes are curated ahead of time and we are unable to replace the item with something else. If you see a spoiler you don't like on social media, you can always skip your next box renewal. An item you don't love could also make a wonderful gift! Can I get a refund or return the box?
Earthlove purchases are nonrefundable. Any returns sent to us will not be eligible for a refund.
If you have received a damaged product in your box, or if your box is missing a product, please get in touch with us within two (2) weeks of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced.
If your Earthlove box is missing, notify us via email within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If Earthlove is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Earthlove.
I never received my box!
We ship with USPS and sometimes their shipping gets delayed, especially at busy times like winter holidays. First, check your tracking code, which gets automatically sent to you when we ship your box. If this is your first box and it hasn't been 10 days, we may not have shipped out your box yet (your first box gets shipped within 10 days of signing up).
If the tracking code says "delivered," check with family members, your building manager if you live in an apartment, and neighbours who may have picked it up for you. If no one has your box, then contact the post office and ask. It may have gotten misplaced in a storage room. If they can find it, then you can put in a claim to locate your box. Finding a box can take some time. If, after a few weeks, they still can't find your box, get in touch with us about the issue and we can help take steps to resolve it.
If the tracking code does not say "delivered." Wait two weeks. Occasionally the box is just late. If it still hasn't arrived after two weeks, get in touch with us and we can help resolve the issue.
Are products in the Earthlove box full size or sample size?
Our boxes include 6-8 full size products. Any sample sized products included in the box will be an extra bonus item just for you!
Do you use recycled packaging?
Yes! We have partnered with Nashville Wraps for our eco-friendly recyclable, sustainable crinkle shred and tissues and Eco Enclose in order to use 100% post-consumer and post-industrial packaging and the world’s first truly sustainable, renewable, biodegradable algae-derived printing ink on the box. Soy-based and water-based inks are still not 100% renewable, chemical free, or harmless for the environment and we wanted to ensure that our box has NO lasting damage to our planet. Does Earthlove ship to Canada?
We do! Shipping to Canada is $20USD per quarter. If you are ordering from Canada, please be aware that all goods imported into Canada from the US are also subject to a 5% GST tax and possibly other taxes depending on your province. Earthlove is not responsible for paying additional taxes, duties, and tariffs imported into Canada.
Does Earthlove ship worldwide?
Yes! Shipping internationally is $35USD per quarter. If you are an international subscriber, your country may add an additional tax for imported goods. Earthlove is not responsible for paying additional taxes, duties, or tariffs on goods imported into your country.
How long does it take for my Earthlovebox to arrive?
We'll email you a tracking number when your box is on its way. The first box typically ships within 10 days of placing an order. We ship via USPS from Carnation, WA. Those of you in the Pacific Northwest and surrounding states should receive your boxes within a day or two of the ship date. The further away you live, the longer it will take to arrive. Canadians, depending on customs at the border expect your box to take 1-2 weeks.
Can I buy a one-off box or send a one-time gift that won't auto-renew?
Yes! You can order non-renewable seasonal boxes here.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and selecting "cancel." There is no cancellation fee. You may also cancel by emailing us at email@example.com. Quarterly subscribers are billed at the time of purchase, and then on the 1st day of each quarterly shipping month (September, December, March, June) — so the subscription can be canceled anytime before that date to avoid receiving the current Earthlove box. Annual subscribers can pause, modify, or cancel their subscriptions anytime before their 12-month cycle renews. Annual subscription cancellation requests are made effective at end of the annual term.
When and how will I be billed?
Earthlove memberships work on a seasonal rebilling cycle. You can sign up to pay either each quarter or annually. When you sign up, you will be billed right away and be sent either the current seasonal box, an 'Editor's Choice' welcome box, or pre-order for the next box (e.g., if you sign up on October 20th, you will receive the autumn box or Editor's Choice box, but if you signup on December 4th, you will receive December's box). Check box page details for shipping times. After that, we bill on the 1st day of each quarterly month we ship:
- 1st of September
- 1st of December
- 1st of March
- 1st of June
Those paying annually will be billed at the closest date above when you signed up. You can cancel your membership at any time before it renews.

How do I update my account or billing information?
If you log into your account on our log in page, you will be able to change your billing/shipping information or subscription status on your account page. If you need assistance logging in, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
