Shipping Policy

Orders placed in our online shop are fulfilled within five business days unless otherwise specified. Orders in the shop ship from our farm in Carnation, WA or from our warehouse in Bonner, MT. We ship via USPS Priority and in some cases FedEx or UPS for large orders.
 
If you place multiple orders, we'll try and group them together.
 
Canadian and International Orders
Due to ongoing issues with COVID-19 and delays in delivery, we have suspended shipping to Canada and internationally for new members.

Refunds & Returns

Orders for individual items placed in our online shop can be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund if they are unused, in good condition, and in original packaging/tags. You are responsible for paying to have your box returned to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We only accept exchanges on apparel items if the item is returned within 30 days unused in good condition.

Items purchased with a gift card are ineligible for refunds or exchanges for cash.

 

Damaged or Missing Item?

If you have received a damaged product, or if your box is missing a product, please get in touch with us within two (2) weeks of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced or adding a credit to your account.

If Earthlove is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Earthlove. Items in our subscription, gift, or limited edition boxes are not eligible for a refund.
