Shipping Policy

Subscription Boxes

Earthlove is a seasonal subscription box that curates four boxes per year (one each quarter). For new Earthlove members, boxes ship within 3-5 business days of signing up unless we have switched over to pre-orders for next season's upcoming box (check the main tab on our subscription box page to see the box status)
 
Pre-Orders for the next season begin on the 13th of February (for Spring), May (for Summer), August (for Autumn), and November (for Winter).
 
Box customizations opens up for annual members first and then seasonal members 2-3 weeks before the renewal date. We will announce when box customization is open via email and our Facebook group.
 
Boxes begin shipping:
  • Spring - March
  • Summer - June
  • Fall - September
  • Winter - December

Because of global shipping disruptions due to COVID-19 ship start times will vary season to season.

 
Quarterly subscriptions are then auto-renewed on:
  • Spring - March 1
  • Summer - June 1
  • Fall - September 1
  • Winter - December 1
If you have an annual subscription, you prepay for the year (4 boxes) and renew at the annual renewal date of the season you signed up.
 
Subscription boxes ship via FedEx from our warehouse in Bonner, MT.
 
Online Shop
Orders placed in our online shop are fulfilled within ten business days unless otherwise specified. Orders in the shop ship separately from our subscription box from our farm in Carnation, WA. We ship via USPS Priority and in some cases FedEx or UPS for large orders.
 
If you place multiple orders, we'll try and group them together.
 
Canadian and International Orders
Due to ongoing issues with COVID-19 and delays in delivery, we have suspended shipping to Canada and internationally for new members. If you are interested in an Earthlove box, please fill out this form. If we decide to re-open shipping internationally, you'll be the first to know!

Refunds & Returns

Subscription Boxes

We offer a grace period of 3 days after renewal to issue refunds minus the payment processing fee. You must get in touch with us at support@earthlove.co if you need a refund. For refunds related to cancellations, please see our cancellation policy here.

If your box has been marked as "delivered," we cannot issue a refund, including if your box was shipped to the wrong address or an old address. We ship to the address that is listed as the default on your account, so we are not responsible if it has not been updated prior to the renewal date. If you need to update your address after the renewal date, you must get in touch with us or else your box will head to the wrong place!

You are responsible for paying to have your box re-routed, re-shipped, or returned.

We will issue a refund for returned boxes minus the cost of shipping, processing fee, and handling charges. Boxes must be returned in the original packaging unused and unopen with all items in good condition within 30 days of the original ship date. Boxes missing items, opened boxes, and boxes received after this date are ineligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

No swaps or exchanges on subscription, gift boxes, or limited edition boxes. We do not issue refunds or swaps for individual items in our subscription, gift, or limited edition boxes.

 

Online Shop

Orders for individual items placed in our online shop can be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund if they are unused, in good condition, and in original packaging. You are responsible for paying to have your box returned to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We only accept exchanges on apparel items if the item is returned within 30 days unused in good condition.

Items purchased with a gift card are ineligible for refunds or exchanges for cash.

 

Damaged or Missing Item?

If you have received a damaged product, or if your box is missing a product, please get in touch with us within two (2) weeks of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced or adding a credit to your account.

If Earthlove is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Earthlove. Items in our subscription, gift, or limited edition boxes are not eligible for a refund.
